About Fountain Pointe Homeowners Association (FPHA)
Fountain Pointe is a private single family residential community. The Association is governed by Covenants and By-Laws. We have a Board of Directors (BOD)and Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The BOD's are elected annually and they appoint the ACC. For contact names, click on "Association Contacts" link.

To responsibly manage assets for the Fountain Pointe Association; to maintain/improve community quality of life and property value; to promote neighborhood involvement.
