About our association

Welcome to Fountainhead Condominiums

We are a 6.2 acre waterfront community with views of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, as well as Okaloosa Island. We have 540 feet of waterfront located on the intracoastal waterway. Our clubhouse, dock and pool offer amazing views, as do the units situated on the waters edge. Our on-site management company and maintenance personnel help keep our complex running smoothly.

Amenities

Our amenities include the clubhouse, with its updated kitchen, pool table and ping pong table. The clubhouse can be reserved for special functions. The clubhouse has a men's and women's sauna, which are accessible at all times. Our pool is located on the Santa Rosa Sound with lounge chairs for relaxing and an outdoor shower. The pool is open 24/7. We have boat slips and a dock for fishing. We also enjoy our tennis court, as well as our on-site laundry facilities.

Waterfront Complex

We have 148 individual units. The units consist of 68 one bedroom/one bath, 48 two bedroom/one bath, and 32 two bedroom/two baths. We have units that offer full unobstructed water views, as well as numerous units with a partial water view. Some of our units have lawn/garden views. Additionally, we are domestic pet friendly (pets under 25 lbs.), and have dog walk areas on the premises.
