The membership of the Fourth Plain Village Neighborhood Association is open to all residents, property owners, business licensees, and non-profit organizations within the boundaries of this neighborhood, as well as members of contiguous neighborhoods who do not have representation through other neighborhood associations.
FPVNA identifies assets and issues of concern in our neighborhood, and devises strategies for addressing those concerns - whether it is with residents, the property owners or the city. Issues can include traffic and pedestrian safety, public safety, transportation, recreation and open space, land use and housing.
FPVNA meets a minimum of 4 times each year, but typically has a general meeting about every 6-8 weeks. The board members, and any standing committees, will typically additionally meet once or twice between each general meeting to facilitate the running of the association.
