Fox Chase Community began its life as gently sloping pastures attached to a well-known palomino horse farm. The barn of this farm became the Golden Gait Trailers we see today, which currently sells and services large, custom-built trailers. After NASCAR season, you can always see several popular drivers trailers there. Fox Chase was developed and built by Eastwood Homes. The first families began moving in during the last months of 1999. A new community, Fox Chase has wonderful quiet charm. Bounded by Long Creek to the south, summer nights are filled with the sound of frogs, birds and even peacocks from a nearby farm! Our community is looking toward the future with the development of a new shopping center next door. So, stop by and see Fox Chase, the new "center of it all!"
The purpose of this newsletter is to bring neighbors up-to-the-minute information about our community. Lack of interest, lack of funds and miscommunication have plagued our H.O.A. Now, with the help of Carolina Association Management, we are making major strides toward correcting these problems. First and foremost is the non payment of H.O.A. membership dues. Those of you who have not paid should do so at once! You are robbing your own neighbors of the benefits of membership when you do not pay. Our new management company is not taking these arrears lying down. An attorney has been retained and those homeowners who have not paid are now in jeopardy of losing their homes to liens and foreclosure.
Our by-laws clearly state the consequences for non-payment of your membership dues. This is an obligation that you contracted when you purchased your home. It will also effect the sale of any home if a lien is put in place to collect the debt.
When these debts are satisfied, we can all begin to work together for a better community!
