JDH Management Unveils Development

Unless you?’ve been out of town for a while, you probably know by now that JDH Management is going to develop the site next door to our community. Currently owned by Golden Gait Trailers, this site of approximately 19 acres will become a shopping center with an Eckerd Drug store and a grocery store, as well as other shops and restaurants. The neo-classical French design will offer ample parking and pergolas for shoppers to sit or stroll the area. The development will directly impact our neighborhood and it is of utmost importance that we all prepare to be vocal about our needs and concerns. JDH Management Representatives have been great about listening to residents in the area about what they would and wouldn?’t like to see in the development.
