The Fox Hills Neighborhood Association watches over and serves Fox Hills community interests. Being part of Culver City, we work with the Culver City Council and Government Departments to meet the needs of our community. We learn about our community needs when residents communicate with us.
We share community news with community members by e-mail. MEMBERSHIP IS FREE, so send us your e-mail address today and attend our next meeting!
The Fox Hills Neighborhood Association campaigned for years to get our streets repaved. We were successful in getting Buckingham Parkway narrowed to one traffic lane in each direction, with a wide meridian, to slow traffic.
With the community, we developed a traffic management plan to improve the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The first of several improvements to be installed are the Stop Signs at Canterbury Drive and Sumner Way.
We coordinated with Westfield regarding the development of the new Fox Hills Mall, with the Fire Department regarding the new Fire Station to be built on Bristol Parkway, and with Culver City to improve the appearance of the Fox Hills Sign Corner.
We sponsored a Community Day in Fox Hills Park in 2003 and have been one each year since.
Would you like us to have another similar event? Do you see needs we should address as a community? Please let us know.
The Fox Hills Neighborhood Association was established in 1972, as the Fox Hills Property Owners Association, by the developers of apartment buildings. During the 1970s and early 1980s many buildings were converted to Condominiums. Thanks to the dues contributed by the developers and property owners for many years, our Association is a dues free service organization serving all residents and owners.
