I hope Fox Hollow residents are seeing an improvement in the care of the Fox Hollow Pool and the elimination of behavior problems there.  This year our new HOA Board Member, Jason Hinson, has taken on the responsibility of a Pool Committee chair.  Since taking this position, Jason has had other homeowners express interest in helping him with this committee.

We are already seeing results of Jason's and other members efforts in addressing vandalism, unacceptable behavior, and just plain trespassing of non-members of Fox Hollow HOA.  Some of our greatest problems arise from a minor or non principal of a Fox Hollow Homeowner inviting several other non-resident minors to swim at our pool.  We have had to deal with as many as 20 non-resident minors at the pool arriving there with the invitation of two minor children and no adult supervision.  This  results more often than not are bad language, damage to pool furniture, food being brought into the pool area and  inconsiderate behavior.  Several times Homeowners and their children have had to leave the pool area to distance their families from that sort of situation and their safety.

Our Fox Hollow Homeowners need to be aware that children under 14 are always to be supervised by adults.  Another important issue that each Homeowner needs to be aware of is that they are liable for any non-member that their child may invite and provide entry to the Fox Hollow Pool.  The result may be having to pay for damages caused by another child or loss of pool privileges for the entire family for the present pool season.  This liability also extends to anyone opening the pool gate for someone who does not have a card.

The Fox Hollow Board is presently accepting bids and considering details of a camera monitoring system to use as a security tool.  The result will be responding to the unacceptable incidents and holding the respective children and homeowner parent responsible.

If you see unacceptable behavior at the pool or observe illegal entry by someone climbing over the fence, please call Excel Management at that time so we can have someone come to the pool and address the problem.  Excel Phone no.:  972-881-7488.
