The Object of the Homeowners Association is to preserve the original planned concept of a QUALITY residential neighborhood; to protect and enhance the value of the owners' residential property; and to serve as a formal body of interested homeowners in matters of interest to the neighborhood at large.

To these ends, the Board of Directors is responsible to maintain awareness of zoning, planning and other issues that might affect the neighborhood, and to communicate to residents the analysis and judgement of the Board; to maintain awareness of traffic, safety, crime and other general activities occuring in the Foxcroft neighborhood, the Foxcroft Swim Club, neighboring residential areas, and contiguous roads and intersections; and, to seek opportunities for additional beautification projects in the neighborhood.
