Description

Franklin Square Townhomes is a beautiful 24 unit townhome complex located in the central area of town. The complex is nestled in the center of the Middle Shooks Run Park, which is one of the most beautiful parks in the city. With its tall Cotton Wood trees and meandering creek, there is no better place to live in Colorado Springs.

Although the Association is small, it is professionaly managed by Community Management Inc. A real benefit to the Association is that the manager is a neighbor who lives just minutes away from Franklin square.

The buildings are a very nice mixture of two story and single story, with some units having finished basements. The park is just across the street on two sides of the complex. A retirement community is the neighbor to the south and an open area is just to the East.
