What is FNIA!
FNIA is The Frenchtown Neighborhood Improvement Association. It is not a Homeowners Association(HOA). It is a community organization which seeks to serve its residents by direct action and neighborhood advocacy. Its purpose is to equip citizens to understand the processes that affect their neighborhood. Participation is voluntary and open to all citizens who live or own property within its boundaries.
