I found a flyer from D & A Candy Store - 5938 Price Lane on June 7, 2010.
This flyer has 38 items on it and a note at the lower portion of the page states: Look for Neon Pink Sign in Yard. The Store is open Daily 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Only the mail person is to put any mail in all mail boxes as this is the law.
I gave the Post Office a copy of this flyer as they are to be notified about any mail the mail person does not insert in our mail boxes.

I own D&A Candy shop. My business is legit and legal. I have my retail license to operate a business anywhere in Indiana. I have not violated in anyway. My 7yr old was passing out the flyers. FYI She didn't know that it was against the law. My business is not bothering any of my neighbors. I spoke with my landlord and I'm not in violation. As far as the mail box thing I apologize for it and it won't happen again. I will find an alternative way to continue to advertise my business.
