Homeowners Association Dues for 2013 are $380 (A $20 discount applies if fully paid in January).

If you choose to pay semi-annually, it is $190 in January and $190 Due in July.

The Board receives no compensation.  Costs covered include:  Trash and Recycle,  Electric (street lights and entry lights), Common Area and Entry Maintenance, Snow removal,  Insurance, Taxes, Office and Meeting expenses and miscellaneous.

2013 Alerts to All: 

 1.   Trash and recycle may be billed to individual homes in the future.  This is based in part upon a manditory Trash and Recycle Contract being considered by the Town of Fishers.  If individual billing starts mid-year, this portion of your HOA Dues will be credited toward the following years dues and the Budget of the HOA for the Following Year reduced accordingly.

2.  Town of Fishers now says our Streets are " Private" and they will not service them nor provide snow removal services.  The Board is working with the Town of Fishers to get the Steets designated as "Publc".   This may require changes to our By-Laws and Covenants, which Amendments are currently being worked on by the Board, also.  We will be requesting your Vote (or Proxy Vote) at a Special Meeting in the future.  You will be updated on this as we progress.
