The Association is registered with the Secretary of State as a non-profit corporation.

Our Corporate documents are available online, but if paper copies are required they may be obtained from Mr. Scheuerman's office. Recorded documents may also be obtained from the County Clerk's ofice.

The Gentry Subdivision HOA is a covenant-controlled community which includes 123 single family patio homes. It is organized as a non-profit corporation, governed by its articles of incorporation, by-laws, covenants and regulations.
Annual assessments cover maintenance of the common areas, which include a small park and cul-de-sac islands for visitor parking, but not individual residences.
Owners are responsible for maintaining their properties in accordance with standards established by the controlling covenants and regulations. A board of directors is responsible to enforce the covenants and maintain the common areas.
