There's been some discussion and I brought up introducing some new color schemes into Glenmuir. These carefully picked color schemes was going to be an HOA Board task to go and pick them out based on other subdivisions, etc. Has any work been done on this effort as of yet? If not, when do we expect to have this accomplished?

Sounds great!

Bryan, I don't know the answers to your questions but I think it sounds like a GREAT idea! We need some variety in this neighborhood (Pulte sure didn't offer that to us) and I think some pre-approved paint colors would be great! I look forward to hearing more about this.
New Colors

The ARB is working on this and will review the potential colors at the next ARB meeting. Once these are decided we will circulate a letter listing the approved color schemes and guidelines.

One of our general board members, a home builder, brought up a good point about picking new colors... this community has a great ''look'' which lends a certain ''harmony'' and balance to Glenmuir. If we introduced strong and bold colors, especially if only the occassional home used them, they would stick out like sore thumbs.

While more variety is the goal of introducing new schemes, we have to be careful not to over-whelm the community.

I agree

Rich, I completely agree with you. Some more diversity in the neighborhood would be really nice and add interest but anything TOO drastic would look ridiculous. Thanks for working on it!
