What does this mean.......Exchange phone numbers - just to say hello occasionally or available in a crisis which proved to be a life saver for an Arlington resident recently. Very very much appreciated. Know there names - Very helpful when we need to borrow a tool or need a jump on the automobile again. Multi-tasking - Washing the car, cutting the lawn or just hanging out we can all be good neighbors by simply being aware of our surroundings.
