Organization
The Glen at Medford Association, Inc.,is a non-profit membershiporganization formed in 1995 under Title 15A of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated to maintain and preserve certain common property and facilities within the Glen at Medford development located in Medford, New Jersey and includes 58 residential units. The Associations primary revenue source is member assessments.
Bi-Annual Assessments
The annual budget and member assessments are determined by the Board of Directors. The Association retains excess operating funds at the end of the operating year, if any, for use in future operating periods.
Annual assessments to owners are $480,payable in two installments of $240.
Assesments Receivable
The Association's policy is to retain legal counsel and seek judgements against members whose assessments are in arrears. Our Lawyer is Judith Jennings.
