Golden Meadows HOA

The Golden Meadows Homeowners Association represents 372 homes in filings 2, 3 & 4 of the Golden Meadows Neighborhood.

The Golden Meadows Homeowners Association mission is to maintain the livability and quality of our neighborhood and to maximize the values of our homes through the fair and equitable enforcement of our covenants and maintenance of common areas and signage. The HOA addresses recommendations, complaints, and concerns of our members.

The HOA maintains an Architectural Control Committee to review all exterior home and landscape design changes proposed by the homeowner. A design review request form is available for download on the neighborhood website (see below). All owners of lots in filings 2, 3 & 4 are members of the Association. Mandatory annual dues are $30.00 for owners of record as of the April 6, 2009 and shall not be increased. Dues for homeowners who purchase property after April 6, 2009 are currently $40.00 and could be increased only as permitted by the Covenants.
