Golden Meadows HOA

I am unhappy with the looks of the entrance off Lemay onto Ticonderoga Drive and also the roundabout. A neighbor called me and asked if I would like to clean this up.

I thought about this and said no, and here is why. GM at one time had zero manditory HOA dues. Then some people thought we should have manditory dues, because they were not being paid voluntarily. I have tried to use the trash bins and that has not worked out well for me, perhaps it has for others, I hope so. But the thing I see every day is the entrance and the roundabout and this impacts all our house values, not just a few. I hope others see this as a priority.

We just had one of the warmest Marches on record, so it feels like it's time to turn on the water.  However, I recall one April (2002?) with several feet of snow, so it's still a little early.  The vacuum breakers will freeze at 28F, so not quite yet.
