Golden Meadows HOA

I have made an offer on a house, in Golden Meadows, and I have noticed in the covenenat that a vehicle can't be parked outside for more than 3 days. Is that inforced? I have a truck my wife uses that does not fit in a garage, and so would be parked in our driveway. Thanks.

The streets are public streets and a vehicle can be parked of a city street for 72 hours.  Parking an operable vehicle in your driveway is fine as long as it moves once every three days or so.  It becomes an issues when the vehicle is not operable or licensed, or a trailer, boat etc., that is left for days and days.  You should be fine, best to try and not park in front of a neighbors house.

Heed Ross' words, parking in front of neighbors house is rude. If you can't park in garage/ driveway or in front of your house with all your vehicles, you should consider storing or selling one.
