Hello,
My family and I recently put in an accepted offer on a house in thus beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the home was accidentally listed as not having an HOA, which was a personal preference if mine in shopping for a home. I am not overly concerned about the HOA as I see 5he benefits of having one. However, I am concerned about a few critical things and would appreciate any guidance/insight on whether or not these things would be permitted:
(1) Construction of a dog run in our backyard
(2) Construction of a chicken coop for our chickens in our backyard
(3) Construction of and planting of a garden in our backyard
