Right next door to historic, beautiful Graceland Cemetery and just down the street from Wrigley Field, Graceland West offers a quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood with a wide variety of housing styles, sizes and prices. Warner Park and Gardens is the rare privately owned nieghborhood park with a wonderful story and history. The 120 acre cemetery bordering the area provides beautiful landscaping and peaceful walks as well as monuments telling a good part of the history of Chicago.
