A major subdivision is being proposed along Barbour Lane in the 3600, 4300 &4324 area.
Named ?“Beech Wood Farm?” this subdivision would have some 358 building lots. Existing zoning is R-4 and net density would be in the neighborhood of 1.9 dwelling units per acre.
The planning commission docket number is 10-23-04 and the case manager is Beth Allen 574-6230 if you have any questions relative to this project.
A portion of the City of Green Spring municipal boundary appears to extend into this area.
