Greenwood South Homeowner's Association
The Greenwood South Homeowner's Association is comprised of all homeowner's in the Greenwood South Neighborhood. It was created in 1977 by the builder, Archie Chase. The purpose of the HOA is to communicate important neighborhood news to all residents and to represent our neighborhood with the City of Centennial. The HOA also serves to maintain our property values by creating a sense of community and enforcing the protective covenants.
Protective Covenants
The protective covenants have been revised, updated and filed with the State of Colorado as of August 16, 2005. All residents, including those renting are expected to comply with the protective covenants.
