These clubs are oriented towards learning and developing skills in outdoor and indoor sports. The clubs have no more than 10 participants who will focus on the importance of leading healthy lives where staying active and eating well is key. Particularly when the clubs are working in the outdoors, we will discuss the importance of taking care of our bodies as well as the natural environment. ?“Leave no trace?” and other eco-friendly practices are administered. These club will meet 5 times during each seasonal session and include lunch, two healthy snacks, transportation from our pick-up spots, necessary sports equipment, professional staff and an optional photo album at the end of each session.
