Like all politicians the new board talked plenty about changing mgmt company and landscaping company but did not, It is to much work for these geezers to take estimates and interviiew gardeners. They are fairly good at changing light bulbs though. Residents are quick to discern that this board a very impotent so residents fill up guest parking spaces, have two and three dogs in a 650 sq. ft. unit, allow kids to skateboard down fire lanes. No rules enforced as far as I can tell.

An out of control HOA...no available parking, no one following the rules, lousy maintenance, and kids n dogs everywhere.

BE WARNED! Board posted 21 breakins in the last month. My car included. Neighbors unit entered and purse stolen while occupied upstairs. Security has observed nothing but multiple felons caught on video. Inside jobs? You get the feeling of a chicken while the wolves are running free in the hen house. Houses do go pending but fall out. Several units have sold but they are distressed properties or foreclosures. Sad! |

With so many units gone pending but falling out and one auction sold unit at a deep discount something is clear. On deep inspection the complex is in disrepair. Board policies for decades have been to ignore owners requests of repairs and to deny responsibility to fix units. Wood features are warped and termite infested. Roofing and normal painting never done since built. While pictures look nice the structures are quite literally rotting. That is why nothing selling then closing here. |
