About our Community

Hairston Bridge Townhome Community was developed in 1986 and is located in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The subdivision lies near the corner of Rockbridge Road and South Hairston Road in the richly diverse and wealthy DeKalb County.

The Hairston Bridge community is a quant attractive community comprised of 110 two-story (2-3 bedrooms) solid brick homes. Located minutes away from the historic Stone Mountain Park and the downtown Stone Mountain district, residents enjoy the convenience of being 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. School age children can attend Allgood Elementary, Freedom Middle School (within walking distance) and Redan High School. Transportation is in close proximity with a MARTA bus stop right around the corner and the Indian Creek MARTA Rail Station only a five minute drive away.

Membership in the Hairston Bridge Townhome Association, Inc. (HBTA) is mandatory for owners and every resident (owners and renters) is encouraged to get involved in making the community the best it can be. The Hairston Bridge Townhomes Association Inc.

Since the establishment of the Hairston Bridge Townhomes Association, Inc (HTBA) in 1986 the association begain with a board that began laying a foundation by the establishment of covenants and by-laws that would go to keep our fee-simple townhome community at it's best and highest level in a changing and fast paced area of Dekalb County. Now after celebrating 20yrs of establishment the HTBA continues to improve and grow even stronger. Membership in the Hairston Bridge Townhome Association, Inc. (HBTA) is mandatory for owners and every resident (owners and renters) is encouraged to get involved in making the community the best it can be. The HBTA’s Board of Directors mission is to improve the community’s quality of life and increase your property value, the input and participation is our residents has been vital to our success.
