Importance of paying Dues

Thank you to all that have payed there 2007 association dues. Your cooperation and investment is GREATLY appreciated. Immediatly all home owners will have the oppurtunity to have a voice in how funds are being invested in the community, you will recieve quarterly statements and an end of the year statement of how fund have been recieved, invested and balance. All funds will be managed by the elected Treasurer of the Board. Home owners have the right to request a statement of funds at anytime throughout the year. As a fee-based community the homeowners are the persons responsible for all the assest value of our community. So please if you have held back from paying your dues please make arrangements with our Treasurer to get them caught up as soon as possible. All future developments hinge on ALL homeowners being current on there investment into our community. Finally remember paying dues while a homeowner in Hairston Bridge is NOT A CHOICE as this is a MANDATORY Homeowners Association governed by BY LAWS and Covenants legally binding all homeowners to pay the annual dues assessment as set by the Board of Directors and stated in the currently filed community By-Laws and Covenants. All legal guidlines will be followed as stated in the community By Laws and Covenants.
