Harrisburg Town Center is a mixed-use development featuring retail, office and residential components on 97 acres at the intersection of Roberta Road and Hwy 49 in Harrisburg, North Carolina. The project includes approximately 373 townhomes and condominiums, 450,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 300,000 square feet of office space.
The boundaries of the Town Center are available by clicking on the "Harrisburg Town Center Boundaries" in the Community Pages section on the home page of the web site.
The Harrisburg Town Center has three homeowners associations: Master Association, Townhome Association and Condominium Association. The Townhome and Condo Associations are independent of each other but are both under the jurisdiction of the Master Association.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of various months at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall. (See the Community Calendar for specific dates or watch for the signs posted in the neighborhood.)
The Townhome Association, Condo Assocation and Master Association Board of Directors conduct business at this meeting.
Homeowner's comments, complaints and suggestions are addressed at the monthly meetings. All the people responsible for answering your questions are in the same room at the same time!
The CCRs are the rules that guide the Home Owners Association. There is one set of CCRs for the Master Association, one for the Townhome Association and one for the Condominium Association. All homeowners were given a copy of the pertinent CCRs when purchasing their homes. Many of your questions can be answered by reading the CCRs. They are also available for your review on this site. (Condominium Association CCRs are not yet availabe on the site but they will be as soon as possible.)
