The Hazeldell Hollow Neighborhood Association is founded and managed by the homeowners. Joining the association is free and we strongly encourage all homeowners to join as soon as possible.
This association will keep our are safe, clean and ensure homeowners equity continues to grow. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to do their part in the reporting and enforcement of homeowners or their renters that are not abiding by the association rules and county regulations. If we fail to identify and correct problem areas, we will all suffer in the long term.
It is the association long term goal to institute block holiday parties in various neighborhoods of the association. Everyones help and cooperation will ensure these activities are fun for everyone and become a tradition.

This association will keep our area safe, clean and ensure homeowners equity continues to grow. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to do their part in maintaining their properties and to encourage others to do the same. In the event problems occur between neighbors, it is simple to report these issues and we will address them for you. We will do whatever is necessary to ensure everyone is happy with the results of any issue. If we fail to identify and correct problem areas, we will all suffer in the long term.

We are scheduling our annual meeting to be held at Noon 14 September, 2003 at Carl & Carolyn Finch's home located at 306 NW 102nd Street. We will be electing association officers and planning new events for the upcoming holidays. Everyone should attend if at all possible.
