Possible Alignment Alternatives
* Northern Alignment
* Engineering Analysis
- Could work, but complications are more likely to be identified in the design and construction phase than with the southern alignment. There is more concern over possible results of geotechnical work and potential retaining wall designs.
* Impacts to adjoining properties
- Eight (8) homes would have to be relocated
* Public Input
- Review of the open house comment forms revealed no clear preferred alignment. There were arguments from area residents against both alignments and support for identifying an alignment from residents concerned about safety and congestion on NW 7th and NW II 4th.
* Environmental considerations - No difference between alternatives.
* Cost
Approximately $6.5 million
