There is no change.....Roberto is CAM for life, or till he decides not to run again.

Heritage Circle is a damp, I have renters all over my building, dumping trash everywhere, and smoking and blubbing on their cellphones on the stairways....

No homeowner in the sane mind will buy here right now to live in this place, only as a Rent-out income property.

I have every intention to rent this place out and live elsewhere, whenever the opportunity present itself.

Fuck Roberto, and fuck HC !
