Heritage Valley is one of Atlanta’s premiere legacy neighborhoods in the Southwest portion of Atlanta. The community is well known for its beautiful brick homes that date back to the 1960’s as well as the mature tree lined streets. Heritage Valley Community Association consists of concerned neighbors that own/reside in the boundaries of the association. The association borders Fairburn Road on the West; 285 to the East; Mt. Gilead to the South; and Toll House road to the North.The association is proud to be a part of Atlanta’s District 11, as well as a participant of NPU-P.
Membership/Meetings
Monthly meetings are held every 4th Saturday at 12noon at Ben Hill Recreation Center located at 2405 Fairburn Road SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. Annual Dues are $25 per year and can be paid at any time throughout the year however; payment during the month of January is encouraged. You may join H.V.A.C.A without payment dues but you must be a dues paying member in order to vote. Membership fees can be paid in person at any meeting,by contacting the Treasurer of HVACA to schedule payment, or via US Mail. Make check payable to Heritage Valley Community Assoc and send to:
