Hello Hidden River Home owners.

Budget

The budget for 2014 will remain at $180.00 and is due. Please make payment ASAP. Payments can be made in full amount of $180.00, or in two payments of $90.00 

Past Due/Collection

The collection process is now established and letters have gone out to home/lot owners that are past due. The past due lots, if not paid, will be taken to court and will also have to pay the lawyers court fees as well. If you are past due, pay up now to avoid being taken to court.

Meeting

A meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2014, at the Plainfield Public Library, from 3:30-4:30 pm. The Plainfield Public Library is located at 15025 S. Illinois St, Plainfield. Ph # 815-436-6639. Please check back in a couple of weeks for updated information.

Assessments and Collection Process

Assessments are due and are $180.00 for the 2013-2014 year. Payments can be paid in full, or two payments of $90.00. A collection letter went out to homeowners and if assessments not paid in full (or arrangements made to pay $90.00) by 30 days from today, February 11th, 2014, the collection process will proceed. If not paid, homeowner/lot owner will be taken to court, with homeowner paying court fees, lawyer fees, etc. A lien will then be placed on the property or lot. If you are not paid up, please contact a board member ASAP.
