Louisville Metro is fortunate to have a 2-1-1 line that is available for human service needs. Callers to 2-1-1 are connected with counselors from Seven County Services' Crisis Information Center who are trained to provide callers with human services information most appropriate for their particular issue. Whether a caller is seeking assistance for a homebound parent or relative, finding a day care for their child or seeking emergency food and shelter, 2-1-1 is there to help all callers find the right service for their situation.
