Highland Acres/Lakeside Heights

Welcome to the Highland Acres/Lakeside Heights neighborhood.  This Homes Association has a long history and tradition of community spirit and continuing improvement.  Current yearly dues of $45 are assessed for each lot, which entitles the property owner to certain services but also obliges said property owner to certain responsiblities.  The Association Board works with the City of Kansas City for codes enforcement and communicates with the Kansas City Police Department to maintain a safe environment.
