Hi!  My husband and I just moved into the neighborhood and we are looking to meet our neighbors and make new friends.  I'm Dani and he's James.  We are 24 and 25 respectively. We've been married three years with no kids but we've got a cute puppy!!

We just moved into our new home a week ago today, but we've been working on our house for a month prior to that and the process has been grueling.  Now that we're moved in, and once we unpack, we are planning an open house but we're not sure when it will be yet.  We'd like to invite our neighbors from the neighborhood to come visit us on that TBA date and we're looking forward to meeting you all.

If there is anything we should know about the neighborhood please let us know.  We just got our first newsletter and we are looking forward to coming to the community events.  I have a question though....we can't find the park.  Where is it?

Thanks so much for you time!!

Dani

P.S.

I am a floral designer at Gladstone Flowers and I met a BUNCH of the Staley HS kiddos today as they picked up their MANY corsages and bouts.  I hope you all have a lovely night and stay safe!!!

Welcome to the neighborhood and we look forward to meeting you.  The park mentioned in the newsletter is located between 112 Terr and 113 St, between Charlotte and Tracy.  It is comprised of four lots that include a basketball court, some picnic tables, and a playground.  Open space may be used for various sports.  There is no reservation system to use the picnic tables, but I know there have been some birthday parties and other gatherings.  You will discover that lots of people get out and walk around the neighborhood when weather permits.  With our mosquito spraying this summer, it's possible to be outside in the evening without getting bit frequently.  If that is a problem in your area, you need to call the homes assn number to let us know.  Hope you enjoy your new home.
