Highland on the Creek is a planned neighborhood of 107 homes located near the southern corner of White Rock Lake. The neighborhood boundaries consist of White Rock Creek, Garland Road, San Raphael Road, Highland Road and the Enclave at White Rock. Its common areas are maintained by the mandatory homeowners association, Highland on the Creek Owners' Association. See "About Our Association" for more information about the association.
Highland on the Creek Owners' Association is a Texas non-profit corporation that was formed in 1986 in connection with the original development of the subdivision. The purposes for which the association was formed are to provide for the care, maintenance and administration of the common areas of the neighborhood and to administer and enforce the covenants and restrictions and to collect and disburse the assessments and charges pursuant to the Provisions for the Care and Maintenance of Common Areas and Facilities of Highland on the Creek and the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Highland on the Creek. Each homeowner in the neighborhood is automatically a member of Highland on the Creek Owners' Association generally entitled to one vote per lot owned. A copy of the Bylaws of the association is available to its members upon request.
