The Highlands West Homeowners Association (HWHA) is a non-profit organization formed to benefit Highlands West residents. Homeowners and renters are invited to become members. Dues are $15 annually, due each January. A directory is published each year for our membership. We welcome all new residents to our community and think they will find it a friendly and enjoyable place to live. We hope they will join our organization and participate in our activities. We look forward to seeing all of you at our meetings and social events.
HWHA committees provide the following services:
Block Welcomers deliver the newsletter, welcome new residents, and inform members of important meetings.
