Some General Information

Our neighborhood is 40 plus years old. The southwestern part near to Perrin Beitel and Schertz Road was originally called Old Farm subdivision. The northern part where Perrin Beitel and Thousand Oaks is was originally called The Hills. The part at El Sendero and Thousand Oaks was originally a part of El Dorado Hills which was broken off when Thousand Oaks road was redone and made bigger and that later then became part of The Hills. The southeastern part of the neighborhood was orginally called the Park North subdivision.

In January-February 2002 when the neighborhood got together to start the association there was much confusion as to what part was called what and what should we call the neighborhood association. We merely joined the 2 active names of the subdivisions and called it The Hills of Park North!

The older maps will have the several names but we were assured that any future maps and Ferguson maps will now have the NEW name. If you happen to have an old map, simply look for either "The Hills" or the "Park North" names to find us.
