Roser Park became St. Petersburg's first national historic district in 1987. The current association was incorporated in 1995. The purpose of the association, as stated in the articles of incorporation, is to enhance, improve, and beautify the Roser Park area of St. Petersburg. Our current efforts are directed towards working with city departments and neighborhood residents to renovate and maintain the historic character of the area.
Our association, HRPNA, has approximately 40 members (out of 150 homes) and holds general meetings four (4) times per year at the Sheen Conference center of Bayfront Hospital.
The General meetings are open to ALL residents of Historic Roser Park and everyone is encouraged to attend.
We are working on several projects right now. Come to the meetings to learn what the City has planned for improving the roads in our neighborhood!
