Woodbridge Farms Development Corporation is a non-profit group dedicated to preseving the homes of moderate to low income residents, seniors, women, and minority residents. To develop partnerships with various community groups,government entities, and city planning and historic commission to preserve and restore Historic Woodbridge Farms. To assist preserving the history of pre and post-industrial era Detroit a time when Woodbridge Farms was a suburb; a street-car line;and Trumbull Street was know as 9th street as the residents drove along in their new automobiles built a few miles away in Highland Park. Woodbridge Farms boasts of the historic "Pilgrim Church" with the tiffany stained glass windows, but in need of vital repairs to save the value of the history of the stained glass. Architecture that range from Victorian, Queen Anne, Folk Victorian plus many more. Homes that date back to the 1850's. The Trumbullplex local theatre. The Trumbull House is the last of grand homes in Woodbrige Farms missing is the grand home of the Scripps Family.
