The New Castle County announced a new program under which it will provide the following services to HGMA - at no charge !!
1) Billing: The NCC will send out the annual yearly dues notices and forward all checks received to HGMA. They will also send out late payment notices, guide us through the lien process and provide monthly statements on dues etc to the HGMA Board.
2) Administrative Services: NCC will send out meeting notices,prepare ballots or proxies for elections, file franchise taxes etc
3)Legal services: NCC will assist in identifying legal responsibilities, guide us in process etc.
The initiative to accept this Patnership with HGMA was accepted based on overwelming ratification by home-owners during the Fall 2002 survey.
