Holly Brook Estates

Please take a moment and provide your ideas/comments about what we can do to make Holly Brook Estates even better and what you expect from your HOA Board Members during the upcoming year.

In the March Board meeting there was a mention of a request for a street light at the end of Ruskin Row.  There is a lamp post physically in place already, nest to the fire hydarnt, but no llight.  I don't know if the minutes from the first year of the Board are available and contain any discussion of whether CENTX was supposed to complete this or not, and if the HOA would be paying the electric bill.

This one's done.  NOVEC repaired the street light.

The request was for a new street light to be placed on Ruskin Row.  Once you turn on Ruskin Row, there is pitch black darkness until you reach the colo-sac area where we currently have a street light.  We would like to request a new street light added in front of 6370 Ruskin Row to provide lighting to residents as they are driving through the neighborhood.  It is very dark and dangerous and many of us have dogs and little kids on that street.
