As a well established, successful community development organization, Homes On The Hill has the capacity to play a leadership role in bringing about positive change on the Hilltop.
A number of ambitious new projects are already under way or in development.

Homes On The Hill is purchasing land to build 15 new homes - four of them in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity - in Hilltop East. Over five years, Homes On The Hill expects to build 50 new homes and rehabilitate 40 existing homes in the same concentrated area. By taking advantage of a modular home design and economies of scale, the new homes will remain affordable for residents of low and moderate incomes.

Homes On The Hill is analyzing possible uses for the land south of Mound Street.

Commercial development on land south of the Westland Mall.

In collaboration with other neighborhoods, for development on state-owned lands on North Wheatland Avenue.
