Homes On The Hill Offers Down Payment Assistance

Homes On The Hill, Firstart Bank and the United Way of Columbus have joined to offer downpayment assistance to those members of the community looking to become a first time home owner. The funds are available to those looking to buy on the Hilltop and are earning under 80% of the Franklin County Area Median Income. Participation in the Homebuyer Education Program is a requirement to recieve the assistance. The class is for 2 hours a Monday evening for 6 weeks. At completion you will receive a certificate which may make you eligble for the assistance.
