Dec 4th Board Meeting Minutes

Members present: Jerry Kroninger, David Hatch, Tom Leonard, Sean Riley, Brenda Simpson.
The minuites from Sept 25th were approved as written.

Architectural Committee: No new business.

Maintenance Committee: No new business.

Treasurer's Report: The 2nd and 3rd quarter statements are attached to the paper newsletter. A copy is available upon request.
The annual dues os $25 is due before the annual meeting which is in March '06. A reminder notice will be sent out.

Social Committee: The car show was lots of fun with good food and fellowship. Congratulations to David Hatch who won first place for his 1940 Chevy!

Old Business: The abandoned cars at 8560 Mariposa Drive (Filing 1 Lot 26) are decreasing. Thanks to Tammy at Jeffco Zoning Dept, there is only one left to go. The next issue will be the slash around the house.

New Business: The idea of a new HHA Directory has surfaced again. Jerry will review the directory and the responses received last year.

Meeting adjourned. The next HHA Board meeting will be Sunday, Jan. 8. 2006 at 6:30pm at Tom Leonard's house: 8622 Ault Lane.
