About our association

Homestead Homeowners Association

The Homestead is a subdivision near Tiny
Town, Colorado. All owners of lots in Filing 1, Filing 2, Filing 2 Addition A and Filing 2 Addition B are required to belong to the Homestead Homeowners Association (HHA). The purpose of this organization is:

"creating and keeping the Subdivision desirable, attractive, beneficial and suitable in architectural design, materials and appearance and to guard against fire and unnecessary interference with the natural beauty of the Subdivision for the mutual benefit and protection of the owners of Lots in the Subdivision"
