Addition to the Annual Meeting Minutes from March 18th, 2006: The proposed budget for 2006 was approved. The minutes were approved as corrected.

We would like to welcome the new board members and thank them for filling the open positions. They bring fresh ideas and lots of enthusiasm to the Homestead and we are delighted to be working with them!


Architectural Committee: The plans for modification/addition to 8382 Mica Way (Filing 2
Lot 7) were approved.

Maintenance Committee: A new sign was placed on Mariposa just before Ault Lane. Hopefully, this will alert drivers on Mariposa that there is a side street with limited sight distance.

Treasurer?’s Report: A copy of the quarterly treasurer?’s report is available upon request.

Social Committee: The Summer Picnic will be joined with Golden Meadows on August 19th from 11am-3pm. A flyer with all the details will be mailed to each homeowner. We do need RSVP?’s to any of the board members before we order the food from Hog Heaven BBQ. (Courtesy of Bank of the West in Conifer) Thanks!
Christy is starting her new position with lots of enthusiasm. Ideas were discussed to promote a sense of community in the Homestead. A ?“Welcoming Committee?” for new neighbors and updating the Directory were brought up. Also, progressive dinners and other social events were discussed. Any ideas or feedback?
