Homestead Homeowners Association
Board Meeting Minutes , January 28, 2007

Members present: Rosanna Patrona-Aurand, David Hatch, Tom Leonard, Christy Pond, Brenda Simpson

Architectural Committee: No news to report.

Maintenance Committee: This position is open.

Treasurer?’s Report: A copy of the report is provided along with the Minutes.

Social Chairperson Report: The questionnaire for the new Directory has been sent. Please return it at as soon as possible as we hope to get them ready by the Annual Meeting in March.

Old Business: As mentioned in October, 2006: The Federal Government wants to help Homeowners do fire mitigation and will give Priority Grants to Fire Districts that submit plans. The project titled, ?“Community Wildfire Protection Plans?” (CWPP) is being represented by Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District?’s Captain Todd Moore.

New Business: There will be three open positions after March, 2007. They are:

These positions require a person who is willing to commit to one evening per month for meetings. For specifics, please call your HHA contact people. NEXT meeting will be at Brenda Simpson?’s Home on Feb. 11th at 6:30 pm. Address is 8664 Creek Trail. Homeowners are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Ginny Riley is invited to share info about Fire Mitigation.

ANNUAL MEETING will be March 10th @ Inter-Canyon Fire Station #3 on Hwy. 285 across from the Homestead. Social Hour will be at 9am. The meeting will start at 10am. Inter-Canyon Fire Chief Bill Lucatuorto and Sheriff Randy Barnes from Jeffco, along with Todd Moore
will be there to speak and to answer questions. Let us know in advance if there are any issues you would like to hear about and/or discuss. Thanks and hope to see you soon!
