The BoD met with ProComm on March 20, 2008, and voiced our (yours and the BoD) concern regarding the condition of our community. ProComm has assured us that they will conduct two inspections each month. We asked ProComm to send us the results of each inspection so we can monitor and follow-up on the violations and corrective actions. If renters are unable to maintain the property, we will contact the homeowner to bring the property within compliance. It is the homeowner's ultimate responsibility to ensure compliance. We are looking forward to seeing improvement in our community.
